This week, Dr. Vincent Esposito and Dr. Kali Olsen are joined by Dr. Christy Glidden, DC, MS.  While studying for her chiropractic degree, she found an interest in bodybuilding and began competing as a bikini athlete.  Her mission is to educate others on the unparalleled benefits of nutrition and strength training for health and longevity, as well as instill a sense of self-sufficiency. She currently works in corporate fitness, educating clients on fitness and nutrition, creating programs and training clients to overcome pain and mobility concerns while increasing fitness and health.  They discuss macronutrients, how to train optimally, and how to become your own advocate in the healthcare world.
