This week, we discuss the emerging science of chronobiology!  In other words, does WHEN we eat matter?  Does our internal clock (circadian rhythm) play a role in our metabolism and blood sugar control?  Do calories eaten in the morning have the same effect on the body as the ones you eat late at night (even if they are from the same foods)?  We discuss a few of the many studies coming out on this topic!
